MAKE YOUR WLS A LIFELONG SUCCESS
MAKE YOUR WLS A LIFELONG SUCCESS
Staying on track after WLS and not returning to old bad habits and patterns is hard
Some of the common struggles that we see in WLS patients include:
WLS only deals with the ‘plumbing’.
It doesn’t deal with the underlying issues that brought you to the point of surgery in the first place.
Transfer of addiction.
Addiction transfer from food to other substances and behaviours is also common in patients of WLS, however by addressing the underlying causes, this can be avoided.
A new body, but an old mind.
Most surgical programmes offer great support in preparing for the operation, but don’t have the resources to deal with why the surgery was needed in the first place.
That's why we created the PACE Program
The PACE Program has been specifically designed for patients of WLS, however as you will see, it has little to do with weight loss or eating. The PACE Program is actually the Foundations of Healthy Living.
Throughout the course of the 7 modules you will go on a journey of deep personal discovery that will answer the problems that caused your weight gain in the first place, along with the support and education that you need to make your WLS a lifelong success.
PACE stands for Practicing Awareness through self-Compassion and Education and each of the 7 modules has at least one of each of these components present.
What You Get
But what you are really getting is...
Personal Discovery
Understanding the reasons why we do things, and that it is normal.
You will uncover what is most important to YOU, what your triggers are, and how to change them.
Tools & Strategies
Almost every retreat participant tells us that they want tools and strategies to help them create their own roadmap and toolkit for lifelong success. PACE is jam-packed full of tools and strategies now and for the future.
Community & Fellowship
Isolation is a common story for patients before AND after weightloss surgery. We know that we do not heal in isolation, we heal in community. Being supported by people with a shared, lived experience is invaluable. As much or as little as you need or desire.
Ability to Put Yourself First
Putting yourself first is not selfish, it's self-care. We'll show you how to put yourself first so you can continue to be there for others.
Here's How It Works
Login & Join
As soon as you join you will receive instant access to the PACE Program with Module 1 ready and waiting for you to dive into.
Explore & Learn
Watch each video and begin to put the concepts and learning into practice. You'll have a whole week to master each module before the next one is released. (And don't worry, we'll let you know when new content has been added to your portal.)
Grow & Experiment
Each module builds on the previous one so you can begin to see how to make the necessary mindset shifts required for lifelong success. We know change happens when you experience yourself as successful and competent, so we have designed the PACE Program to help you be just that!

Sonia McIndoe
I have 16 years experience in coaching and a passion for personal development of mind body and soul.
Since having WLS 3 years ago and going through the Foundations of Healthy Living Retreat personally, I have been coaching and supporting others through their weight loss journeys.
I have helped people lose weight prior to and post surgery by supporting them with tools and personal coaching one to one
I have helped many with the ‘head stuff’ and working on their minds to enable them to change their thoughts, limiting beliefs and negative self sabotage head talk.
I also support them to truly love themselves and live a life in alignment with their core values.
What Does It Cost?
We thought long and hard about the value of this program. We know that it is this work at our retreats, that makes your investment in WLS succeed.
But we also know that to many it is just not accessible, either due to distance (our retreats are in person, in New Zealand and Samoa), or financial and time constraints.
With this in mind, we are offering the PACE Program at an extremely low price of just $500 NZD which is phenomenal value when you consider the amount of teaching and support that you will receive.
